There's no right way to say "retarded"
There are some words which should probably never be used.

Or, at the least, they should be rarely used.

They especially shouldn't be used when you are live on the radio.

Here's a link to a live radio spot I did over at Minnesota Public Radio's supremely great radio station, The Current.

I listened to it later and I think the songs sound even better than my record. I guess recording in a studio does have it's perks. Oh, thanks to Andy Thompson who played with me- it sounded wonderful.
